摘　　要：本文旨在探讨石化工程保温(保冷)设备及管道绝热效果数字化测评的实施技术,目的是为石化行业提供科学准确的绝热效果评估依据。文章详细介绍了石化工程保温(保冷)设备及管道的测试技术方案、适用范围、评判标准、测试内容以及选择和实施测试方法的重要性。此外,还强调了测量器具在绝热效果评估中的重要性,并阐述了实施程序,包括与测评对象沟通、签订服务合同、进行现场测试等步骤,以确保测评结果的准确性和可靠性。This article aims to explore the implementation technology of digital evaluation for the insulation effect of petrochemical engineering insulation(cooling)equipment and pipelines,with the goal of providing scientifically accurate insulation effect assessment basis for the petrochemical industry.The paper provides a detailed introduction to the testing technology scheme,applicable scope,judgment criteria,testing content,and the importance of selecting and implementing testing methods for insulation(cooling)equipment and pipelines in petrochemical engineering.Additionally,it emphasizes the importance of measuring instruments in insulation effect assessment and elaborates on the implementation procedures,including communication with the evaluation subject,signing service contracts,and conducting on-site testing,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results.
