摘 要:烘干法水分测定仪是一种通过加热样品来蒸发其中水分,并通过测量蒸发前后重量差来测定物料水分的仪器。其基于热力学的质量平衡原理,即物料在经过加热蒸发水分后,干样重量与湿样重量之差等于样品中水分的含量。因此,烘干法水分测定仪可以用于不同类型的物料的水分测试,如化工、食品、药品、纺织品等,一般样品通常只需几分钟到十几分钟的检测时间。本文介绍了烘干法水分测定仪校准中的注意事项和不确定度评定。The thermogravimetric moisture meter is an instrument that measures the moisture content of a material by heating the sample to evaporate the water content and measuring the weight difference before and after evaporation.It is based on the mass balance principle of thermodynamics,which states that after heating and evaporating the water content of a material,the difference between the weight of the dry sample and the weight of the wet sample is equal to the water content in the sample.Therefore,the thermogravimetric moisture meter can be used for moisture testing of different types of materials,such as chemicals,foods,pharmaceuticals,textiles,etc.Generally,the sample only needs a few minutes to ten minutes of testing time.This article introduces the precautions and uncertainty evaluation in the calibration of thermogravimetric moisture meter.
