摘　　要：通过分析某县水资源时空分布特点、水资源开发利用现状、用水水平及开发利用潜力,总结其水资源开发利用过程中存在的问题,提出了坚持“开源、节流、治污”并举、水资源开发利用保护的基础设施建设和非工程措施相结合的水资源可持续开发利用途径,为解决该县水资源供需矛盾突出问题,实现经济社会可持续发展提供参考。By analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of water resources,the current situation of water resources development and utilization,the level of water use and the potential of development and utilization in a county,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of water resources development and utilization.It puts forward sustainable water resource development and utilization approach that combines infrastructure construction and non engineering measures ofwater resource development and utilization protection,and adhere to the combination of open source,throttling and pollution control.This provides a reference for solving the prominent supply-demand contradiction of water resources in the county and achieving sustainable economic and social development.
