摘  要:竖井为水利工程常见结构,随着产业的快速发展,竖井的深度、直径越来越大。内衬墙为竖井的永久外露结构,混凝土施工多采用逆作法,模板一般为组装式钢模板,安装标准高、安装难度大,每次使用都需要完成一次拆装,时间耗费较长。粤东供水工程工作井内衬墙混凝土施工采用电动整体式钢模,在工作井周圈预设提升系统,钢模板外设调节撑杆作为支撑体系,利用提升系统整体提升、下降钢模板,使每循环施工时钢模板无需进行拆除、运输、拼装,有效提高施工效率,缩短施工周期,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Vertical shaft is a common structure of hydraulic engineering.With the rapid development of industry,the depth and diameter of vertical shaft are becoming larger and larger.The inner lining wall is a permanent exposed structure of vertical shaft.The concrete construction mostly adopts the reverse construction method.The formwork is generally an assembled steel formwork,which has high installation standards and high installation difficulty.Each use requires one disassembly and assembly,which takes a long time.The concrete construction of the inner lining wall of the working well in the Yuedong Water Supply Project adopts an electric integral steel formwork.The lifting system is pre-set around the working well,and an adjustable support rod is set outside the steel formwork as a support system.The lifting system is used to lift and lower the steel formwork as a whole,so that the steel formwork does not need to be removed,transported,or assembled during each cycle of construction.The construction efficiency will be effectively improved.The construction period will be shortened.It will obtain good economic and social benefits.
