摘 要:为科学合理确定近岸海域规划排污区重金属允许排放量,以铅为例,基于大范围外海模型,综合考虑入海河流丰平枯水期和海域大中小潮差,设定了入海河道典型丰水过程叠加海域10%频率大潮差、入海河道典型平水过程叠加海域10%频率大潮差、入海河道典型枯水过程叠加海域50%频率中潮差和入海河道典型枯水过程叠加海域90%频率小潮差共四种水文情景,运用数值模型计算了铅环境容量。总体来说排污区附近河流径流量越小、距河口越远受入海河流丰枯过程影响越小受潮差情况越大。近岸海域水环境容量计算时可将不利潮型作为重点研究对象,结合规划排污区实际和管理需要适当考虑入海河流水文参数,合理确定计算水文条件。In order to scientifically and reasonably determine the allowable heavy metal emissions in the planned sewage discharge area of the coastal area,lead is taken as an example to calculate the lead environmental capacity by numerical model.Based on the large-scale offshore model,taking into account the high and low water periods of rivers entering the sea and the large,medium,and small tidal ranges studied in the sea area,four hydrological scenarios were set up.There are 10%frequency spring difference of typical abundant water process superimposed in the sea area,10%frequency spring difference of typical flat water process superimposed in the sea area,50%frequency medium tidal range of typical low water process superimposed in the sea area,and 90%frequency low tidal range of typical low water process superimposed in the sea area.In general,the smaller the runoff volume near the pollution discharge area and the farther away from the estuary,the less affected it is by the flood and depletion process of the river entering the sea,and the greater the tidal range.The adverse tidal patterns can be taken as the key research object in the calculation of the water environment capacity of the coastal area.The hydrological parameters of the river entering the sea can be appropriately considered in combination with the actual planning and management needs of the sewage discharge area.
