摘 要:目的了解贵阳市不同水体诺如病毒的污染现状,为水源治理及诺如病毒感染疫情防控提供数据参考。方法2022年12月,采集贵阳市10个区(市、县)的水源水、河流水、末梢水和桶装水样本共336份,用微生物快速富集系统(CPS)对水样进行富集处理后,用实时荧光定量PCR法检测诺如病毒RNA,对阳性样本进行GI和GII分型鉴定。结果富集前后末梢水与桶装水均未检出诺如病毒;富集前河流水诺如病毒阳性率为50.00%(20/40),水源水阳性率为6.25%(3/48);富集后河流水阳性率为90.00%(36/40),水源水阳性率为25.00%(12/48),富集前后诺如病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.393,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.057,P<0.05)。诺如病毒GI型阳性率2.27%(4/176),GII型阳性率12.5(22/176),GI型+GII型阳性率25.57%(45/176)。结论贵阳市水源水和河流水存在诺如病毒污染,且以GI型和GII型共同污染为主,GII型次之。Objective To understand the contamination status of different water by norovirus in Guiyang City,and to provide data reference for water source management and norovirus epidemic prevention and control.Methods In December 2022,a total of 336 water samples including source water,river water,tap water and barreled water were collected from 10 districts and counties in Guiyang.After being enriched by using Concentration and Purification System(CPS)for microorganisms,RNA of norovirus was detected by Real-time PCR,the positive samples were typed for GI and GII.Results No norovirus was detected positive in terminal water and barreled water before and after enrichment.The positive rate of norovirus in river water before enrichment was 50.00%(20/40),the positive rate of source water was 6.25%(3/48).After enrichment,the positive rate of river water increased to 90.00%(36/40),and the positive rate of source water increased to 25.00%(12/48).There was statistical significance in the positive rates of river water and source water before and after enrichment(χ^(2)=13.393,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.057,P<0.05).The positive rates of GI,GII and GI+GII were 2.27%(4/176),12.50%(22/176)and 25.57%(45/176),respectively.Conclusion Norovirus contamination existed in source water and river water in Guiyang City,with GI+GII types contamination were the main contaminants,followed by GII.
