摘　　要：为了深入理解中国城市劳动力市场,中国社会科学院人口与劳动经济研究所于2023年在全国8个代表性大城市开展了中国城市劳动力调查(第五轮)。调查共收集了381个居民委员会的9122份住户问卷和26145份个人问卷。调查数据包含城市本地住户和外来住户及其成员的就业、工作技能、教育培训、收入支出、社会保障等丰富信息,为在中国开展劳动经济学研究和公共政策分析提供了基础数据支撑。To understand the Chinese urban labor market,the Institute of Population and Labor Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences conducted the China Urban Labor Survey(Wave 5)in 8 representative large cities nationwide in 2023.The survey collected 9122 household questionnaires and 26145 individual questionnaires from 381 communities.The survey data includes rich information on employment,job skills,work environment,education and training,income,expenditures,and social security of local urban households and migrant households and their members,providing a foundation for conducting labor economics research and public policy analysis in the Chinese context.
