摘  要:近年来,跨境税费服务逐渐成为税收治理细分领域的关注热点。在国家税务总局推出“税路通”跨境税费服务品牌后,各省税务机关结合属地区位优势,推出一系列具有区域特色的子品牌。国家税务总局山东省税务局立足山东省开放型经济发展实际,聚焦服务的开放性、获得感、满意度,创建“税路通·税之家”跨境税费服务子品牌,探索形成一套具有山东特色的跨境税费服务体系。本文基于“税路通·税之家”服务品牌建设实践,总结建设效益及实践经验,思考发展路径,以期为丰富完善“税路通”服务品牌矩阵提供有益参考。In recent years,cross-border tax and fee services have gradually become a focus of attention in the field of tax governance.After the State Taxation Administration(STA)launched the"TaxExpress"service brand,provincial tax authorities also launched a series of sub-brands with regional characteristics based on their geographical advantages.Based on the actual development of the open economy in Shandong Province,Shandong Provincial Tax Service,STA focuses on the openness,sense of gain and satisfaction of services,creates a sub-brand of cross-border tax and fee service of"TaxExpress Tax Home",and explores the formation of a set of cross-border tax and fee service system with Shandong characteristics.Based on the practices ofTaxExpress Tax Home"'service brand building,this paper analyzes the construction benefits,practical experience and the development path,in order to provide a useful reference for further enriching and improving the"TaxExpress"service brand matrix.
