摘 要:研究AZ31镁合金板在室温弯曲压直过程中组织演变及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明:室温弯曲压直工艺预制拉伸孪晶不仅有助于镁合金的塑性变形,对材料的强度的提升也有积极的影响。室温弯曲压直后板材产生拉伸孪晶切割晶粒,导致晶粒细化和位错在晶界及孪晶密集处能量聚集造成位错强化,使镁合金板抗拉强度提升。同时,预制拉伸孪晶弱化基面织构可激活更多种类的滑移系统,导致室温弯曲矫直后的板材断后伸长率增加。The microstructure evolution of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet during the room temperature bending and straightening process and its effect on the mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the prefabrication of tensile twins by the room temperature bending and straightening process not only contributes to the plastic deformation of the magnesium alloy,but also has a positive effect on the improvement of the strength of the material.After bending and straightening at room temperature,the sheet produces tensile twins,and it leads to grain refinement and dislocation strengthening caused by the energy accumulation of dislocations at the grain boundaries,which improves the tensile strength of the magnesium alloy sheet.At the same time,the prefabricated tensile twins weaken the basal texture and can activate more types of slip systems,leading to an increase in the elongation of the sheet after bending and straightening at room temperature.
