摘  要:为研究实际工业应用中不同微合金化方式对2 GPa热成型钢折弯性能和氢致延迟开裂性能的影响,在模具热冲压后,对采用Nb-Ti和V-Ti两种微合金化方式的2 GPa热成型钢的上述能进行了表征。结果表明:Nb-Ti微合金钢的折弯与氢致延迟开裂性能要优于V-Ti微合金钢,无镀层微合金钢的折弯与氢致延迟开裂性能要显著优于铝硅镀层钢;与V-Ti微合金化相比,Nb-Ti微合金化的细晶作用、更加细小的析出物尺寸、片状或细条状的析出物形貌、淬火后马氏体的特殊亚结构均有利于提高2 GPa热成型钢的折弯与氢致延迟开裂性能;铝硅镀层硬而脆的特征与对氢扩散的“封闭”作用,削弱了铝硅镀层钢的折弯与氢致延迟开裂性能。In order to study the effects of different microalloying methods on the bending properties and hydrogen-induced delayed cracking properties of 2 GPa hot stamping steel in practical industrial applications,the above properties of Nb-Ti and V-Ti microalloyed 2 GPa hot stamping steels were characterized.The results show that the bending and hydrogen-induced delayed cracking properties of Nb-Ti microalloyed steel are better than those of V-Ti microalloyed steel,and the bending and hydrogen-induced delayed cracking properties of non-coated microalloyed steel are significantly better than those of aluminum-silicon coated steel.Compared to V-Ti microalloying,the refined crystalline strengthening,the precipitates with finer size,the morphology of the precipitates in sheets or strips,and the special substructure of quenched martensite of Nb-Ti microalloying are all beneficial to bending and hydrogen-induced delayed cracking properties of 2 GPa hot stamping steel.The hard and brittle properties of aluminum-silicon coating and the“sealing”effect on hydrogen diffusion weaken the bending and hydrogen-induced delayed cracking properties of aluminum-silicon coated steel.
