摘　　要：针对压力容器制造业对减薄壁厚、降低造价,同时提高球罐运行安全可靠性的要求,包钢需要尽快开发出符合新版标准的新型正火Q370R高强度压力容器用钢,以持续推动产品技术创新。在对压力容器用钢同类产品技术要求、生产工艺调研的基础上,对Q370R钢冶炼、轧制及正火工艺及其性能进行了研究。Q370R高性能压力容器用钢采用C-Si-Mn系化学成分,并添加Nb、V、Ti等微合金元素,钢板显微组织为珠光体和铁素体,强度、塑性等均满足容器钢标准要求,且强度富裕量适中,-20℃下钢板的应变时效冲击功仍在150 J以上。在580℃下对正火态Q370R钢板进行PWHT处理,保温2 h和4 h后,Q370R钢板拉伸性能和冲击性能仍表现良好,满足标准和用户的使用要求。In response to the requirements of the pressure vessel manufacturing industry to reduce the wall thickness and the cost,and improve the safety and reliability of the spherical tank operation,Baogang Group needs to develop a new normalized Q370R high strength pressure vessel steel in line with the new standard as soon as possible to continue to promote product technological innovation.Based on the investigation of the technical requirements and production process of similar steel products for pressure vessels,the smelting,rolling and normalizing process and properties of Q370R steel were studied.The chemical composition of Q370R for high performance pressure vessels is C-Si-Mn,and micro-alloying elements such as Nb,V and Ti are added.The microstructure of the plate is pearlite and ferrite.The strength and plasticity meet the requirements of container steel standards,the strength abundance is moderate,and the strain aging impact work of the plate at-20℃is still above 150 J.After PWHT treatment of normalized Q370R plate at 580℃,the tensile and impact properties of Q370R plate are still good after 2 hours and 4 hours of insulation,meeting the requirements of standards and users.
