550 MPa级以下热镀锌带钢的柔性化生产研究与应用

摘　　要：结合用户个性化需求及钢铁厂工业化生产特点,采用相同的冶炼成分、相近的热轧工艺、不同的冷轧压下率与退火工艺制度,同时生产出S350GD与S550GD两种强度级别的热镀锌带钢。试制生产的S350GD带钢屈服强度在360 MPa以上,抗拉强度在480 MPa以上,断后伸长率A80在20%以上;S550GD带钢屈服强度在560 MPa以上,抗拉强度在640 MPa以上,断后伸长率A80在10%以上;其锌层表面质量与尺寸精度均满足标准与用户要求,实现了S350GD与S550GD热镀锌带钢的柔性化批量稳定生产,提高了生产效率并降低了生产成本。Based on the personalized needs of users and the characteristics of industrial production in steel plants,using the same smelting composition,similar hot rolling processes,different cold rolling reduction rates and annealing process systems,S350GD and S550GD hot-dip galvanized strip were produced.The yield strength of S350GD strip is above 360 MPa,the tensile strength is above 480 MPa,and the elongation after fracture A80 is above 20%.The yield strength of S550GD strip is above 560 MPa,the tensile strength is above 640 MPa,and the elongation after fracture A80 is above 10%.The surface quality and dimensional accuracy of its zinc layer meet the standards and user requirements,achieving flexible and stable batch production of S350GD and S550GD hot-dip galvanized strip,improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
