摘  要:为了将扭矩扳手投入到对螺栓预紧力需求高的场景,基于STM32设计了一款高精度的可测量角度的扭矩扳手。该扳手采用扭矩-转角法,利用应变片传感器完成扭矩值设定,通过九轴传感器MPU9250采集角度数据。设计一种以卡尔曼滤波和互补滤波的联合算法为主的测量方案,通过该方案实现数据融合和角度解算。最后对测量方案可行性进行实验并与市面上不同方案的同类扭矩扳手在测量精度上进行对比。实验结果表明该测量方案可以用于角度的测定,在角度测量时减少了零点漂移和随机游走,减小了数据误差,提高了测量精度。In order to put the torque wrench into the scene with high demand for bolt preload,a high⁃precision torque wrench that can measure the angle is designed based on STM32.The wrench adopts the torque⁃rotation angle method,uses the strain gauge sensor to complete the torque value setting,and collects the angle data through the nine⁃axis sensor MPU9250.A measurement scheme based on the joint algorithm of Kalman filtering and complementary filtering is designed,and data fusion and angle calculation are realized through this scheme.Finally,the feasibility of the measurement scheme is tested and the measurement accuracy is compared with similar torque wrenches with different schemes on the market.The experimental results show that the measurement scheme can be used for an⁃gle measurement,which reduces the zero drift and random walk,reduces the data error and improves the measurement accuracy during angle measurement.
