摘　　要：信息系统运维管理自动化是在不改变IT资源的情况下,将其配置管理、资产管理、故障管理等工作通过自动和人工的方式实现自动化,从而降低运维成本,提高运维效率,保障信息系统的安全性和稳定性。其通过引入成熟的IT基础设施监控技术,建设统一、实时、准确、完整的IT基础设施监控平台,对IT基础设施资源进行自动化管理,并通过对平台中存储、网络、中间件、数据库等关键系统和业务系统进行全面的监控,实现对主机、服务器、存储设备和网络设备的实时监控,为业务应用提供全方位的支持。Automation of information system operation and maintenance management refers to the automation of configuration management,asset management,fault management,and other tasks through automatic and manual means without changing IT resources,thereby reducing operation and maintenance costs,improving operation and maintenance efficiency,and ensuring the security and stability of information systems.It introduces mature IT infrastructure monitoring technology,builds a unified,real-time,accurate,and complete IT infrastructure monitoring platform,automates the management of IT infrastructure resources,and comprehensively monitors key systems and business systems such as storage,network,middleware,and database in the platform,achieving real-time monitoring of hosts,servers,storage devices,and network devices,provide comprehensive support for business applications.
