摘　　要：政府部门办公自动化系统在建设、应用、运维等方面有着诸多不同于企业的地方,如果将建设企业办公自化系统的方式方法运用到政府机关信息化建设中,必然导致开发缓慢、可用性差、推广困难等问题。为提高政府部门信息化水平,该文笔者结合工作经历以及文化和旅游部建设实践,梳理分析了政府机关办公自动化系统建设历程、功能模块使用现状和主要技术等方面的内容,进而对政府部门办公自动化工作的未来发展趋势进行了研究探索。Government departments office automation system in the construction,application,operation and maintenance and other aspects of many different places,if the construction of enterprise office self-chemical system methods applied to the construction of government information,will inevitably lead to slow development,poor availability,difficult promotion and other problems.In order to improve the level of government informatization,the author combined with work experience and other ministries construction practice,combing analyzes the government office automation system construction process,function module using the present situation and the main technology,and the government department of office automation future development trend.
