摘　　要：以教育部发布的10部信息素养教育文件为研究对象,将信息素养文件分为文献检索阶段、文献检索与信息素质并存阶段、信息素养阶段3个历史分期,分别从文件制定情况和文件内容特点两个层面分析不同历史分期文件发布情况,从实施主体、目标理念、教育对象、体系结构、课程模式、内容体系6方面分析信息素养文件演进特征,从完善顶层设计、构建信息素养教育体系、打造以信息为核心的教学体系、实现教学模式协调发展、优化信息素养教育内容体系5方面重构高校信息素养教育路径。This article focuses on analyzing 10 information literacy education documents released by the Ministry of Education.These documents can be categorized into three historical stages:the document retrieval stage,the coexistence stage of literature retrieval and information literacy,and the information literacy stage.By examining the formulation and content of these documents,the article analyzes their release characteristics in different historical stages,explores the evolution of information literacy documents from five perspectives:implementation subject,goal concept,education object,system structure,curriculum model,and content system and proposes to reconstruct the path of information literacy education in colleges and universities through five approaches:improving the top-level design,establishing a comprehensive information literacy education system,creating an information-centered teaching system,achieving a harmonized development of teaching models,and optimizing the information literacy education content system.
