新型公共阅读空间建设现状及发展对策——以泉州市百姓书房为例

摘　　要：加强新型公共阅读空间建设有助于促进全民阅读。开展百姓书房项目是泉州市对提升公共文化服务能力的探索。通过文献研究、网络调查等方法,发现泉州市百姓书房在运营方式、建设风格、建设模式、设施配备及数字化、活动开展等方面形成了一定经验,但目前还存在着图书资源匮乏、管理制度不完善、图书破损率高、各地区建设水平不均衡等问题,可从吸纳社会力量、加强制度建设、培养读者阅读习惯、城乡统筹发展等方面进行优化提升。Strengthening the construction of new public reading spaces helps promote reading for all,and the Quanzhou People's Study Project is an exploration of Quanzhou City to improve the ability of its public cultural services.Through literature research,online surveys,and other methods,it was found that Quanzhou People's Study has formed certain experiences in terms of operation mode,construction style,construction mode,facility equipment and digitization,and activity development.However,there are still problems such as lack of book resources,incomplete management systems,high book damage rates,and uneven construction levels in different regions.,which can be optimized and improved from the aspects of absorbing social forces,strengthening institutional construction,cultivating reading habits among readers,and coordinating urban and rural development.
