摘　　要：作为全球文化遗产保护和研究的重要中心,大英图书馆拥有丰富的全球手稿馆藏,开展了众多卓越的手稿数字化开发利用项目。文章以“希伯来文手稿数字化项目”为例,采用案例分析法,解读项目在制定标准化的数字手稿开发流程、使用便捷的元数据管理应用程序等方面的数字化手稿建设特色,并发掘项目在搭建手稿数字平台、建设手稿3D模型、设置手稿虚拟展会和设立手稿数字奖金4方面的数字化手稿利用经验。基于此,文章建议我国古籍存藏机构从建立专项基金组织、寻求开展国际合作、规范古籍数字化标准、创新古籍展示形式和设置公众参与奖励5个方面入手,数字化建设与利用珍贵的中文古籍,推动中华文化的传承与弘扬。As an important center for the protection and research of global cultural heritage,the British Library holds a rich collection of global manuscripts and has undertaken numerous outstanding manuscript digitization and utilization projects.Taking the“Hebrew Manuscripts Digitization Project”as an example,this article employs a case study methodology to interpret the distinctive features of manuscript digitization within the project,focusing on the development of a standardized manuscript digitization process and the use of a convenient metadata management application.The article further uncovers the project's experiences in utilizing digitized manuscripts in four aspects:constructing a digital manuscript platform,developing 3D manuscript models,setting up virtual manuscript exhibitions,and establishing digital manuscript awards.Based on these findings,this article recommends that Chinese ancient book preservation institutions should start from establishing specialized funding organizations,seeking international cooperation,standardizing digitization standards for ancient books,innovating in display forms of ancient books,and setting public participation awards to digitize and utilize precious Chinese ancient books,thereby promoting the inheritance and enhancement of Chinese culture.
