摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨基于ISO9001标准的电气开关GIS设备智能制造质量管理体系的建立和实践。分析了电气开关GIS设备生产过程中存在的质量问题和智能制造技术的应用。根据ISO9001标准的要求,提出了电气开关GIS设备智能制造质量管理体系的框架和实施方法。该体系包括质量方针和目标、质量管理计划、生产过程控制、质量控制措施、质量记录和分析、持续改进等方面。最后,通过实际案例分析,验证了该体系的有效性和可行性。研究结果表明,基于ISO9001标准的电气开关GIS设备智能制造质量管理体系可以有效提高产品质量和客户满意度,减少缺陷和损失,提高市场竞争力。该体系的实施需要企业高层的支持和全员参与,同时需要不断改进和优化。未来,可以进一步结合人工智能、物联网、大数据、云计算等技术,实现电气开关GIS设备生产过程的智能化和自动化,进一步提高产品质量和生产效率。This study aims to explore the establishment and practice of an intelligent manufacturing quality management system for electrical switch GIS equipment based on the Iso 9001 standard.The study analyzes the quality problems in the production process of electrical switch GS equipment and the application of intelligent manufacturing technology.Based on the requirements of the Iso 9001 standard,the study proposes a framework and implementation method for the intelligent manufacturing quality management system of electrical switch GIS equipment,which includes quality policy and objectives,quality management plan,production process control,quality control measures,quality records and analysis,and continuous improvement.Finally,through practical case analysis,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are verified.The results show that the intelligent manufacturing quality management system for electrical switch GIS equipment based on the Iso 9001 standard can effectively improve product quality and customer satisfaction,reduce defects and losses,and enhance market competitiveness.The implementation of the system requires the support of the enterprise's top management and the participation of all employees,and continuous improvement and optimization are necessary.In the future,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,and other technologies can be further combined to achieve the intelligent and automated production process of electrical switch Gis equipment,further improving product quality and production efficiency.
