摘 要:富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma, PRP)是从静脉血液中分离提取出来的一种含有丰富血小板和生长因子的血液衍生产品,富含多种生长因子和血小板,PRP通过促进半月板细胞再生、增加胶原蛋白合成、调节损伤半月板内部微环境等方式,参与延缓或修复半月板损伤并减少膝关节疼痛。本文旨在总结半月板损伤的特点、PRP的制备和分类、PRP修复半月板损伤的作用机制及在半月板损伤中应用的现状与不足,提出今后PRP在促进半月板修复的发展方向,以便更好地指导临床实践。Platelet-rich plasma(PRP) is a blood-derived product that is isolated from venous blood and is rich in platelets and growth factors. PRP is involved in delaying or repairing meniscus injury and reducing knee pain by promoting the regeneration of meniscus cells,increasing collagen synthesis, regulating the internal microenvironment of damaged meniscus, etc. This paper aims to summarize the characteristics of meniscus injury, the preparation and classification of PRP, the mechanism of action of PRP in meniscus injury repair and the current situation and shortcomings of its application in meniscus injury, and propose the development direction of PRP in promoting meniscus repair in the future, so as to be a better reference for clinical practice.
