摘 要:为明确室温不同饥饿条件下海岛小花蝽成虫的耐饥力以及不同温度对其捕食茶黄蓟马的影响,分别开展试验进行研究,发现在无添加、添加杧果梗、添加蜂蜜的条件下,海岛小花蝽雌成虫存活时长分别为14.64、40.56、36.72h,雄成虫存活时长分别为15.12、38.44、30.00 h,添加杧果梗或蜂蜜显著延长了成虫的存活时间,说明在无猎物的情况下,海岛小花蝽可依靠植物提供的营养物质存活。不同温度下,海岛小花蝽成虫对茶黄蓟马2龄若虫及成虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型模型。在16~32℃内,随着温度升高,海岛小花蝽捕食效能逐渐增强;在同一温度下,寻找效应随猎物密度的增加而降低。This study aimed to investigate the starvation tolerance of Orius maxidentex adults under different supplementary nutrient conditions.The survival time of O.maxidentex female adults was analyzed under three starvation conditions,no supplementary nutrient,supplementing mango stem,and supplementing honey.Additionally,the predation behavior of adult O.maxidentex on second-instar nymphs and adults of Scirtothrips dorsalis was observed at different temperatures.The results showed that female adults O.maxidentex had a survival time of 14.64 h,40.56 h,and 36.72 h,while male adults had a survival time of 15.12 h,38.44 h,and 30.00 h under different starvation conditions.The addition of mango stem or honey significantly prolonged the survival time of O.maxidentex adults,indicating that in the absence of prey,O.maxidentex can rely on the nutrients provided by plants to avoid starvation and death.The study assessed the effects of temperature on the predation of adult O.maxidentex on S.dorsalis.The predation responses of adult O.maxidentex to the 2~(nd)instar nymphs and adults of S.dorsalis were consistent with the Holling typeⅡmodel.Within 16-32℃,the predation efficiency of O.maxidentex on S.dorsalis increased gradually with the increase of temperature.At the same temperature,the searching effect decreased with the increase of prey.
