摘 要:轧机刚度是轧机本身固有的特性参数,同时在实际轧制过程中与轧制条件有关.针对实际轧制过程中轧机刚度受轧制条件影响的特性,分析了轧件宽度和轧制速度对轧机刚度的影响机理,得出了轧件宽度和轧制速度对轧机刚度的影响关系式;运用相关性分析方法MIC分析了部分设备参数对轧机刚度的影响关系,即支撑辊辊径和阶梯垫高度对轧机刚度的影响较大,工作辊辊径对轧机刚度的影响程度约为支撑辊的80%,工作辊磨损对轧机刚度的影响较小,这对热连轧机二级控制模型中轧机刚度的补偿和修正具有重要意义.The rigidity of a rolling mill is an inherent characteristic parameter of the mill itself,and it is also related to the rolling conditions during the actual rolling process.Considering the characteristics of the rolling mill rigidity affected by rolling conditions in actual rolling process,this study analyzes the influence mechanisms of strip width and rolling speed on the rigidity of the rolling mill,and derives the relationship between strip width,rolling speed,and the rigidity of the rolling mill.Furthermore,the study utilizes the correlation analysis method,MIC,to analyze the influence of some equipment parameters on the rigidity of the rolling mill.It is found that the roll diameter of the support roll and the step pad height have a significant impact on the rigidity of the rolling mill,where the influence of the roll diameter of the work roll is approximately 80%of that of the support roll.Additionally,the effect of wear on the work roll on the rigidity of the rolling mill is relatively small.These findings are of great significance for the compensation and correction of the rolling mill rigidity in the secondary control model of the hot strip mill.
