摘 要:冻结肩(frozen shoulder,FS)是中老年人群常见的肩部疾病,以肩周疼痛和肩关节活动度进行性丧失为主要表现。超声技术的不断发展对FS的早期诊断及个体化治疗方案制定具有重要价值。近年来更多的研究认为肩袖间隙的病变在FS进展中有着重要作用,而喙肱韧带作为肩袖间隙中主要的组织结构,在FS的发生、发展过程中发挥着关键性的作用。本综述旨在分析喙肱韧带在FS的诊断及治疗中的研究进展,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Frozen shoulder(FS)is a common shoulder disease in middle-aged and elderly people.The main manifesta-tions are shoulder pain and progressive loss of Shoulder joint mobility.With the continuous development of ultrasound technolo-gy,it has important value in the early diagnosis and personalized treatment plan formulation of frozen shoulder.Recently,more and more studies have shown that lesions in the rotator cuff space play an important role in the progression of frozen shoulder.As the main organizational structure in the rotator cuff space,the coracobrachial ligament plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of frozen shoulder.This review aims to analyze the research progress of the coracoibrachial ligament in the di-agnosis and treatment of frozen shoulder,in order to provide clinical reference for improvement.
