体育强国建设背景下我国体育学术国际话语权的立场审思与重构

摘　　要：以我国体育学术国际话语权发展内在逻辑为依据,运用历史分析法和逻辑分析法对我国体育学术国际话语权的立场进行审视与重构。研究认为,我国体育学术国际话语权的建立源于对体育学科的认识,是从学科借鉴、学部组建、范式引入等理路的“洋土之争”不断走向“科学与民主”“现代与规范”的思想历程。由体育学术思想复归到现代话语审视,面对中西方体育学术话语鸿沟、话语逆差、学术与现实的矛盾、体育国际关系以及体育思想本体论缺位等困境,重构体育强国建设背景下的“体育学术国际话语权”理论基础,提出了增强“体育强国建设”学术集体观,以“思想内涵”“思想战略”“学术共同体”丰富话语内容,全面形成体育强国学术话语权竞争、综合影响及话语引领的未来发展新格局,对培育体育强国建设目标下的体育学术国际话语体系及其理论创新具有现实意义。Based on the inherent logic of the international discourse power of China’s sports academia,this paper adopted historical and logical analysis to examine and reconstruct the position of the international discourse power of China’s sports academia.Research suggested that the establishment of the international discourse power of China’s sports academia began from an understanding of the discipline of sports,establishment of departments,and an introduction of the western paradigm of the discipline of sports,which later became scientific and democratic,modern and standard.Theoretical basis for reconstructing the international discourse power of China’s sports academia,in overcoming the gaps between the western and Chinese sports academic discourse,the conflicts between the reality and the academia,the complexity of the sports international relationship and the lack of sports ontology,researches should target at the discourse content,strategy and academic community of building a sporting nation so as to enhance the discourse power and influences,to build discourse system and to innovate the related theories.
