摘 要:国务院办公厅在2022年出台的“十四五”现代物流发展规划中提出,要深化电商与物流行业的融合发展。我国电商行业日渐繁荣,而现代物流的发展速度相对缓慢,这导致物流与电商系统之间出现了矛盾,制约二者的协同发展。基于此,通过实证分析,运用熵权法计算物流子系统与电商子系统的有序度,进而得到2013—2021年9年间全国31个省市物流与电商复合系统的协同度。结果表明,我国整体的协同度都呈现波动状态且一直保持较低水平的发展态势,文章将各省市的协同度按高低水平具体分析,为省域物流与电商系统提出二者协调发展的建议。General Office of the State Council proposed in "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of modern logistics in 2022 to deepen the integration and development of e-commerce and logistics industries.However,China's e-commerce industry is becoming increasingly prosperous,while the development speed of modern logistics is relatively slow,which has led to contradictions between logistics and e-commerce systems,restricting their coordinated development.Based on this,through empirical analysis,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the order degree of logistics and e-commerce subsystems,and then the synergy degree of logistics and e-commerce composite systems in 31 provinces and cities across the country from 2013 to 2021 is obtained.The results indicate that the overall synergy in China has been fluctuating and has maintained a relatively low level of development.The article analyzes the synergy of various provinces and cities according to their high and low levels,and proposes suggestions for the coordinated development of provincial logistics and e-commerce systems.
