摘 要:随着城市道路的路面病害以及道路交通拥堵的加剧,对城市旧路升级改造是提升道路环境、缓解交通拥堵的有效措施。城市旧路周边现有建设条件复杂并有很多局限性,对城市旧路升级改造后的交通组织有更高的要求。文章通过分析旧路升级改造道路的特点,提出城市旧路升级改造道路的交通组织优化方案,以实现升级改造后的道路交通与城市路网的更好的衔接。并依托西平县旧路改造实例,综合运用各种交通组织方案,并对交通组织优化前后的交通流量、交叉口的延误进行对比分析,结果表明交通组织优化方案效果显著。With the aggravation of urban road pavement diseases and road traffic congestion,upgrading and reconstruction of old urban roads is an effective measure to improve the road environment and alleviate traffic congestion.The existing construction conditions around the old urban roads are complex and have many limitations,which has higher requirements for the traffic organization after the upgrading of the old urban roads.By analyzing the characteristics of the old road upgrading and reconstruction,this paper proposes the traffic organization optimization scheme of the urban old road upgrading and reconstruction,so as to achieve a better connection between the upgraded road traffic and the urban road network.Relying on the old road reconstruction example in Xiping County,various traffic organization schemes are comprehensively used,and the traffic flow before and after the optimization of the traffic organization and the delay of the intersection were compared and analyzed.The results show that the traffic organization optimization scheme has significant effect.
