摘 要:为了提高多通道接收机的通道间误差校准效率,设计并实现了一种低峰均功率比的数字梳状谱校准源模块。该模块基于FPGA+DAC的硬件结构,采用软件DDS原理方式来产生梳状谱信号。为了降低梳状谱信号的峰均功率比,利用遗传算法对信号的各个子载波的初始相位进行了优化,计算出一组优于代数次优解的初始相位组合,将峰均功率比从次优解的4.98 dB降低到了3.98 dB,同时提高了梳状谱信号的子载波功率和带外杂散抑制,优化了梳状谱模块的信号质量。该模块在梳状谱信号输出范围170 MHz~230 MHz,频谱间隔1 MHz情况下,子载波功率为-35.5 dBm,带外杂散抑制为64 dBc,完全满足校准源指标要求。In order to improve the calibration efficiency of inter-channel error of multi-channel receiver,a digital comb spectrum calibration source module with low peak to average power ratio(PAPR)is designed and implemented.This module is based on the hardware structure of FPGA+DAC and uses the DDS principle to generate comb spectrum signal.In order to reduce the PAPR of the comb spectrum signal,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial phase of each subcarrier of the signal,and a group of initial phase combination which is better than the algebraic suboptimal solution is calculated.The PAPR is reduced from 4.98 dB of the suboptimal solution to 3.98 dB,and the subcarrier power and outside pass-band spur suppression of the comb spectrum signal are improved,optimizing the signal quality of the comb spectrum module.When the output range of the comb spectrum signal is170 MHz~230 MHz with the spectrum interval of 1 MHz,the subcarrier power is-35.5 dBm and the outside pass-band spur suppression is 64 dBc,which fully meets the requirements of the calibration source.
