摘  要:肠道微生物在机体内参与营养物质的吸收与消化,影响着宿主免疫系统的发育和成熟,是维持机体内环境稳态的先天性防御屏障。而抗菌药物的滥用会直接或间接导致肠道菌群失调,造成宿主肠道免疫信号转导、免疫细胞发育、免疫应答功能障碍等,影响宿主的消化吸收及生长发育,导致宿主发育不良甚至死亡,直接影响经济效益。论文阐述了家禽肠道菌群的组成、肠道菌群与肠道免疫的关系、抗菌药物对肠道菌群及免疫的影响等方面的研究进展,以期为禽类肠道菌群及其与机体免疫系统关系的研究提供参考,推进抗菌药物的合理使用,促进禽类的绿色养殖。Intestinal microorganisms are involved in the absorption and digestion of nutrients in the organism,influence the development and maturation of the host immune system,and are an innate defense barrier to maintain the homeostasis of the organism's internal environment.The misuse of antimicrobials will directly or indirectly lead to dysbiosis of intestinal flora,resulting in host intestinal immune signal transduction,immune cell development,immune response dysfunction,etc.,affecting host digestion and absorption and growth and development,leading to host stunting and even death,directly affecting economic benefits.The research progress on the composition of poultry intestinal flora,the relationship between intestinal flora and intestinal immunity,and the effect of antimicrobials on intestinal flora and immunity are described to provide a theoretical reference for the study of poultry intestinal flora and its relationship with the immune system of the organism,to promote the rational use of antimicrobials,and to promote green poultry farming.
