摘　　要：布鲁氏菌病是一种在世界范围内广泛流行的多宿主动物传染病。猪布鲁氏菌病作为布鲁氏菌病中的一种,具有传染途径多样,感染早期不易发现的特点,严重威胁全球生猪养殖业发展和公共安全健康。因此,加深对猪布鲁氏菌病的认识具有十分重要的意义。论文对猪布鲁氏菌病的流行情况、临床症状、检测方法、预防措施进行综述,并对检测所用病原学方法、免疫学方法和分子生物学方法的技术原理和优缺点进行详细分析,以期为后续猪布鲁氏菌病的防控提供理论依据和实践基础。Brucellosis is a kind of multi-host animal infectious disease which is widespread in the world.As a kind of brucellosis,swine brucellosis is a serious threat to the vigorous development of global pig breeding industry and public safety and health due to its various transmission routes and difficult detection in the early stage of infection.Therefore,it is of great importance to deepen the understanding of swine brucellosis.This paper reviews the prevalence,clinical symptoms,detection methods and preventive measures of porcine brucellosis and analyzed the technical principles,advantages and disadvantages of the pathogenic immunological and molecular biological methods used for the detection in order to provide theoretical basis and practical base for prevention and treatment of swine brucellosis.
