摘 要:为掌握河南省奶牛场病毒性腹泻流行情况,于2020年9月至2023年2月,采用ELISA对采自河南省18个地区30个奶牛场的853份血清样品中病毒性腹泻的抗体进行了检测分析。结果显示,病毒性腹泻病毒抗体阳性场27个,场阳性率高达90%;阳性样品475份,个体阳性率为55.7%;不同生长阶段牛群阳性率差异极显著(P<0.01),其中育成牛(14~24月龄)阳性率最高(75%),犊牛(3月龄以下)阳性率最低(20.5%);不同规模奶牛场阳性率差异极显著(P<0.01),其中大型场(500头以上)阳性率最高(66.8%),而小型场(200头以下)的阳性率最低(34.1%)。研究结果为奶牛场病毒性腹泻防控提供了重要参考依据。In order to understand the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea in dairy farms in Henan province,from September 2020 to February 2023,an ELISA method was used to detect and analyze antibodies against BVDV in 853 serum samples collected from 30 dairy farms in 18 regions of Henan province.The results showed that there were 27 positive farms for antibodies against BVDV,with a positive rate up to 90%;475 positive samples,with an individual positive rate of 55.7%;There was a significant difference in the positive rates of cattle at different growth stages(P<0.01),with the highest positive rate(75%)in adult cattle(14-24 months old)and the lowest positive rate(20.5%)in calves(under 3 months old);There is a significant difference in the positive rate among different scale farms(P<0.01),with large farms(over 500 cows)having the highest positive rate(66.8%)and small farms(under 200 cows)having the lowest positive rate(34.1%).The results of this study provide important reference for the prevention and control of bovine viral diarrhea in dairy farms.
