摘 要:为初步掌握宁夏回族自治区绵羊(滩羊)感染绵羊肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae)的流行情况,采用建立的Taq Man-MGB探针实时荧光定量PCR检测方法,对2022-2023年间采集自宁夏地区不同县(区)的400份绵羊鼻拭子样本进行实时荧光定量PCR检测与分析,结果显示,宁夏地区的7个县(区),包括同心县、灵武县、平罗县、永宁县、贺兰县、利通区和盐池县等地的绵羊Mo的检测结果均有阳性。随机采集的绵羊鼻拭子400份中,检测出Mo阳性有329份,平均阳性检出率为82.25%。不同县(区)之间比较,同心县、灵武县、平罗县、永宁县、贺兰县、利通区和盐池县Mo阳性率分别为80.32%、93.42%、79.59%、78.18%、82.25%、80.43%和76.47%,其中灵武县的Mo阳性率最高,与其他几个县(区)的Mo检出率相比均差异极显著(P<0.01),盐池县最低。不同月龄之间比较,3~5月龄Mo检出率最高(100.00%),与1~2月龄和2~3岁羊检出率相比均差异极显著(P<0.01);6~8月龄Mo检出率次之,与1~2月龄和2~3岁羊检出率相比均差异极显著(P<0.01);1月龄以内Mo感染率最低(10.00%),与3~5月龄和2~3岁羊检出率相比均差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明,所调查的宁夏地区7个羊养殖主要县(区)均有Mo感染,并且流行范围较广且阳性率高,其中滩羊在3~5月龄是Mo感染的高峰阶段。In order to preliminarily grasp the prevalence of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae(Mo)infection in sheep(Tan sheep)in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,this study used the Mo Taq Man-MGB probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection method established in our laboratory to collect 400 sheep nasal swab samples from different counties/districts in Ningxia from 2022 to 2023 for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection results of Mo infection in Tan sheep in Ningxia.The results showed that the molecular biological detection results of Mo in Tongxin county,Lingwu county,Pingluo county,Yongning county,Helan county,Litong district and Yanchi county of 7 counties/districts in Ningxia were positive.In this experiment,a total of 400 nasal swabs of Tan sheep were randomly collected,and 329 were positive for Mo,with an average positive detection rate of 82.25%.The positive rates of Mo in Tongxin county,Lingwu county,Pingluo county,Yongning county,Helan county,Litong district and Yanchi county were 80.32%,93.42%,79.59%,78.18%,82.25%,80.43%and 76.47%,respectively.The positive rate of Mo in Lingwu county was the highest,which was significantly different from that in other counties(P<0.01),and Yanchi county was the lowest.The highest detection rate of Mo was 100.00%in 3-5 months old,which was significantly different from that in 1-2 months old and 2-3 years old(P<0.01).The detection rate of Mo in 6-8 months old sheep was the second,which was significantly different from that in 1-2 months old and 2-3 years old sheep(P<0.01).The lowest infection rate of Mo was 10.00%within 1 month old,which was significantly different from that of 3-5 months old and 2-3 years old sheep(P<0.05).
