摘　　要：融通创新是在新发展格局下一种新的创新模式,大中小企业融通创新能有效促进大企业创新活力的释放和中小企业创新潜力的激发,是协同破解产业链断点堵点卡点问题、提升“七条链”高质量融合发展的重要途径。基于数字经济理论和创新生态系统理论,认为数字经济通过促进创新主体、资源、能力、成果融合赋能创新融合,通过促进创新要素流动、协作互动、成果转化、环境优化赋能大中小企业创新畅通。由此提出:加快创新主体数字化转型、加强创新资源数字化配置、重视数字创新能力培育、拓展数字化服务平台建设以促进数字经济在创新融合中的应用,健全创新数据要素市场、推动建立创新协作机制、整合创新成果数字化交易平台、持续优化创新环境以提升数字经济在创新畅通中的效能。Integrated innovation is a new innovation model under the new development pattern.Integrated innovation of large,small and medium-sized enterprises can effectively release the innovation vitality of large enterprises and stimulate the innovation potential of small and medium-sized enterprises.It is an important way to jointly solve the problem of the breakpoints,blockages,and bottlenecks of the industrial chain,and improve the high-quality integrated development of the"seven chains".Based on the theory of digital economy and innovation ecosystem,it is believed that the digital economy empowers innovative integration by promoting the integration of innovation subjects,resources,capabilities,and achievements,and empowers unimpeded innovation by promoting the flow of innovation factors,collaborative interaction,achievement transformation,and environmental optimization.Therefore,it is proposed to accelerate the digital transformation of innovation subjects,strengthen the digital allocation of innovation resources,attach importance to the cultivation of digital innovation capabilities,expand the construction of digital service platforms to accelerate the application of the digital economy in innovated integration,and improve the market for innovative data elements,promote the establishment of innovated collaboration mechanisms,integrate digital trading platforms for innovative achievements,and continuously optimize the innovation environment to enhance the efficiency of the digital economy in unimpeded innovation.
