摘 要:采用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元仿真软件,分别分析三种常用工业超声探伤耦合剂水、机油、甘油对计量分辨力波形结果的增益效果,并针对耦合剂的厚度在0.1 mm、0.3 mm、0.5 mm、1.0 mm、1.3 mm时对响应波形影响进行分析,结果表明:耦合剂同一厚度时,使用机油的探伤回波响应强度大于甘油,使用甘油的回波强度大于水;随着耦合剂厚度呈梯度式变大,目标峰的回波强度随之减小;最后进行实际试验论证理论模型结果。This article uses COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software to study and analyze the gain effect of three commonly used industrial ultrasonic flaw detection coupling agents,water,engine oil,and glycerol,on the measurement resolution waveform results.The effect of coupling agent thickness on the response waveform is analyzed at 0.1 mm,0.3 mm,0.5 mm,1.0 mm,and 1.3 mm.The results show that under the same thickness of coupling agent,the echo response intensity of the flaw detection using engine oil is greater than that of glycerol,The echo intensity of using glycerol is greater than that of water.As the thickness of the coupling agent increases in a gradient manner,the echo intensity of the target peak decreases accordingly;Finally,practical experiments were conducted to demonstrate the theoretical model results.
