摘 要:通过优化加热炉温度、加热炉移动速率和提纯次数等区域熔融条件,建立了苯甲酸区域熔融提纯方法。采用红外光谱和磁共振谱对提纯后的苯甲酸样品作定性分析,并与苯甲酸纯度标准物质的图谱作比对验证。提纯产物采用高效液相色谱法和滴定法检测,证明建立的区域熔融法可以有效提纯制备高纯度苯甲酸。In this paper,zone melting conditions were optimized including the melting conditions of the furnace temperature,the moving rate of the furnace and the purification times,and a zone melting purification method of benzoic acid was established.The benzoic acid samples were qualitatively analyzed by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum,and compared with the spectra of benzoic acid purity standard material.The purity of the purified samples was determined by liquid chromatography and titration.It was proved that the established zone melting method could effectively purify and prepare high purity benzoic acid.
