摘 要:装配式建筑因其安装便捷、工序简单、生产周期短等特点提升了建筑施工效率,在建筑领域应用广泛。与建筑领域相比,装配式建筑在水利工程中的应用处于起步阶段,本文以装配式预制箱涵为例,从现场布置、构件安装、灌浆等方面讨论了其在施工过程中存在的问题及对策,阐述了装配式预制箱涵在水利工程中的适用范围,为后续装配式结构在水利工程中推广应用提供借鉴。Prefabricated buildings,due to their convenient installation,simple processes,and short production cycles,have en-hanced construction efficiency and are widely used in the construction industry.Compared with the field of architecture,pre-fabricated building in the field of water conservancy engineering is in its infancy,and there are inevitably many problems.This paper took box cults as an example to carry out the research on the design,construction,testing and other key technologies of standardized prefabricated structure,which had important theoretical and practical significance for its popularization in water conservancy projects.By finding and solving the existing problems was the focus of this article,which provided reference for the subsequent popularization and application of the prefabricated structure in water conservancy projects.
