摘　　要：心脏CT已成为冠状动脉疾病及结构性心脏病诊治的关键手段。就2023年心脏CT应用于心血管疾病中的技术进展和最新临床应用进行分析和总结,主要包括自动化图像后处理、诊断、预后评估及指导后续临床诊疗方面的应用,以期为从事心血管影像诊断的医师提供心脏CT研究动态及未来方向。Cardiac CT plays a vital role in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery and cardiac structural diseases.This review summarizes the technological advances in cardiovascular CT in 2023 and clinical applications of the latest cardiac CT advances in the evaluation of cardiovascular disease,including automated image postprocessing,diagnosis,prognosis prediction,and guiding subsequent clinical management.We aim to provide an overview of the research progress in cardiac CT developments and future directions for cardiovascular imaging physicians.
