近自然森林经营在国家储备林建设中的应用

摘　　要：国家储备林建设是党中央、国务院为解决生态安全与木材需求之间的矛盾,协调和维护生态安全与保障木材供应平衡作出的一项重大战略部署。本文在简要介绍近自然森林经营原则与措施的基础上,浅析了近自然森林经营原则与国家储备林建设目标的一致性,并充分阐述了国家储备林集约人工林栽培、现有林改培和中幼林抚育等体现近自然森林经营的措施,以期为国家储备林可持续经营实践提供参考。The national reserve forest construction is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council to resolve the contradictions between ecological security and timber demand,coordinate and maintain the balance between ecological security and timber supply.In this paper,based on a brief introduction to the principles and measures of near-nature forest management,an analysis was made on the consistency between the principles of near-nature forest management and the goals of national reserve forest construction.A full elaboration was also made on the intensive cultivation of planted forests,improvement of existing forests and tending of young and middle-aged forests in the national reserve forest embodying near-nature forest management,so as to provide reference for sustainable national reserve forest management practice.
