摘 要:砂型根据具体结构对流浸涂工艺有不同需求,流涂工艺可以实现高速、大面积的涂装;浸涂工艺操作简单,涂料损失少,适用于结构比较复杂的小型铸件。铸件品种较多的车间需要在一台设备上实现流涂浸涂两种工艺的自由切换,以满足不同砂型涂层需求,同时提高生产效率。文章根据流浸涂设备的工作原理,在传统流涂设备的基础上通过气动管道切换涂料的循环与存放,实现了流涂与浸涂的切换,较好的解决了这一具体需求。Sand mold has different requirements for convection dip coating process according to the specific structure,and the flow coating process can achieve high-speed and large-area coating,and the dip coating process is simple to operate,with less paint loss,and is suitable for small castings with complex structure.Workshops with a large variety of castings need to realize the free switching of the two processes of flow coating and dip coating on one equipment to meet the needs of different sand coatings and improve production efficiency at the same time.According to the production principle of flow dip coating equipment,on the basis of the traditional flow coating equipment,the circulation and storage of the coating were switched through pneumatic pipelines,and the switching between flow coating and dip coating was realized,which better solved this specific need.
