稀盐酸对铸造镁合金回炉料混料判定的影响

摘　　要：在铸造镁合金熔炼过程中添加回炉料时,用稀盐酸滴在回炉料锯切的光洁面上,可根据合金表面与稀盐酸反应时不同的反应现象区分铸造镁合金材料牌号。有效识别回炉料成分,防止发生混料、造成成本浪费。In the casting of magnesium alloy melting process to add back to the furnace material,with dilute hydrochloric acid drops in the back to the furnace material sawing on the surface,according to the surface of the alloy and dilute hydrochloric acid reaction of different reaction phenomena to distin-guish between the casting of magnesium alloy material grade.Effective identification of the composition of the reclaimed material,to prevent the occurrence of mixed materials,resulting in cost waste.
