摘  要:目的建立益肾排石颗粒中黄芩苷含量的HPLC测定方法,为益肾排石颗粒的质量控制提供科学、可靠依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,岛津ODS-2C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.2%磷酸水(A)-甲醇(B)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm,进样量均为10μL。结果该方法黄芩苷峰面积和浓度之间线性关系良好,r=1.0000;精密度、稳定性均符合要求;平均加样回收率为103.29%,RSD为2.38%;三批样品中黄芩苷的平均含量为6.12 mg/g,RSD值为1.71%。结论本研究方法重复性好,准确度高,可用于复方益肾排石颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yishen Paishi granules,and to provide a scientific and reliable basis for the quality control of the medicine.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was performed on Shimadzu ODS-2C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with its mobile phase as a gradient elution of 0.2%phosphoric acid water(A)-methanol(B),with its flow rate at 1.0 mL/min,its column temperature at 30℃,its detection wavelength at 280 nm,and its sample size all at 10μL.Results The linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of baicalin was good,r=1.0000.Its precision and stability met the requirements.Its average recovery was 103.29%and RSD was 2.38%.The average content of baicalin in the three batches of samples was 6.12 mg/g,and the RSD value was 1.71%.Conclusion The method has a good repeatability and a high accuracy,and can be used for the determination of baicalin in compound Yishen Paishi granules.
