摘  要:分析现有碰撞模型的局限性,综合材料的弹塑性及阻尼特性对碰撞过程的影响,基于Hunt-Crossley碰撞动力学模型及Thornton塑性假说,忽略弹性波对结构的影响,提出一种碰撞模型。该模型以非线性弹簧阻尼模型为基准,根据碰撞阶段的能量耗散关系,将碰撞过程分为弹性阻尼压缩、塑性区域扩张、塑性区域稳定及碰撞分离4个阶段,利用MATLAB对碰撞过程中接触面的动态响应进行分析计算,最后通过摆锤碰撞试验,验证该碰撞模型的正确性与实用性。It analyzes the limitations of existing collision models,which considers the impact of the elastic-plastic and damping characteristics of materials on the collision process based on the Hunt-Crossley collision dynamics model and the Thornton elastic-plastic hypothesis,ignores the influence of elastic waves on the structure.A collision theory model is proposed,the model is based on the nonlinear spring damping model according to the energy dissipation relationship during the collision stage,the overall collision is divided into four stages:elastic damping compression,plastic region expansion,plastic region stability and collision separation.Then,MATLAB is used to analyze and calculate the dynamic response of the contact surface during the collision process.Finally,the correctness and practicality of the collision model are verified through pendulum collision tests.
