摘 要:提出了一种用于某偏心转塔舱运输的辅助支撑机构,采用电动缸驱动的连杆机构,并利用连杆的死点位置有效提高了机构的负载能力,实现了机构的小型化及轻量化设计。首先对该转塔舱运输过程中的载荷及连杆机构基本原理进行分析,并根据摩擦因数、导向段弧形导轨长度及连杆自锁角度等参数,对机构进行自锁分析;然后对连杆机构进行结构设计,并根据具体尺寸参数对机构进行运动学及动力学分析;最后进行NX动力学分析、有限元仿真及试验,验证了所提连杆式辅助支撑机构的运动能力及承载能力,证明了该辅助支撑机构设计的可行性与实用性。This article proposes an auxiliary support mechanism for the transportation of an eccentric turret compartment,which adopts an electric cylinder driven linkage mechanism and utilizes the dead center position of the linkage to effectively improve the load capacity of the mechanism,achieve the miniaturization and lightweight design of the mechanism.Firstly,the load and the basic principle of the connecting rod mechanism in the transportation process of the turret cabin are analyzed,and the self-locking analysis of the mechanism is carried out according to the friction coefficient,the length of the guide section and the connecting rod self-locking angle and other parameters.Further,the structure of the mechanism is designed,and the kinematics and dynamics of the mechanism are analyzed according to the specific size parameters.Finally,according to the NX dynamic analysis,finite element simulation and experiment,the movement capacity and bearing capacity of the connecting rod auxiliary support mechanism proposed are verified,which shows the feasibility and practicability of the auxiliary support mechanism design.
