摘 要:为了满足特高压换流站阀内水冷系统核心设备主循环泵运维过程中泵轴拆装需求,提高运维效率,分析了换流站水冷系统构成和工作原理,对比了主循环泵的特点;利用ZigBee通信、压力传感、人机交互等技术,设计了一种针对卧式离心主泵泵轴高效拆装的平台及其操作终端,研究了该平台的操作控制方法;通过三维仿真,与已有泵轴拆装平台进行了对比。结果表明,该平台在智能化、工作效率、操作控制等方面均具有明显优势,能够满足多个场景泵轴和紧固连接元件拆装需求,具有推广应用价值。In order to meet the needs of pump shaft disassembly and assembly during operation and maintenance of main circulating pump,it analyzes the core equipment of valve water-cooling system about UHV converter station for improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance,describes the composition and working principle of water-cooling system in converter station,and compares the characteristics of main circulating pump.A platform and its operation terminal for efficient disassembly and assembly of horizontal centrifugal main pump shaft are designed through ZigBee communication,pressure sensing,human-computer interaction and other technologies,and operation control method of the platform is studied.It is compared with the existing pump shaft disassembly and assembly platform through three-dimensional simulation.The results show that the platform has obvious advantages in intelligence,work efficiency,operation control and so on.It can meet disassembly and assembly requirements of pump shafts and fastening connecting components in multiple scenes,and has the value of popularization and application.
