摘 要:为提高环氧有机硅树脂的耐烧蚀性能,制备了多聚磷酸铵(APP)改性的环氧有机硅树脂复合材料,研究了APP含量对复合材料在氧-乙炔烧蚀环境中耐烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明:添加APP能够有效提高环氧有机硅树脂的耐烧蚀性能,改善烧蚀产物层的抗剥落能力和完整性。当APP添加量为15%时,复合材料烧蚀产物层致密性和完整性最好,线烧蚀率和质量烧蚀率均最低,分别为0.162 mm/s和0.065 g/s,较环氧有机硅树脂分别降低44.9%和75.9%。当APP含量超过15%,随APP含量增加试样烧蚀产物的开裂和剥落倾向严重。添加APP能降低环氧有机硅树脂的热失重率,APP添加量为15%时,复合材料的热失重率约为32.79%,较环氧有机硅树脂低约43.91%。In order to enhance the ablative resistance of epoxy silicone resin,the ammonium polyphosphate(APP)modified epoxy silicone resin composites were prepared,and the impacts of APP content on the ablative resistance of the composites in an oxygen-acetylene ablation environment were investigated.The results show that the addition of APP can effectively enhance the high-temperature ablative resistance of epoxy silicone resin composites,improving the adhesion strength and integrity of the ablative product layer.When the APP content is 15%,the density and integrity of the ablative product layer formed on the composite are optimal.The linear ablation rate and mass ablation rate are both at their lowest,measuring 0.162 mm/s and 0.065 g/s,respectively,representing a reduction of approximately 44.9%and 75.9%compared to epoxy silicone resin.When the APP content exceeds 15%,there is an increasing tendency for cracking and peeling of the ablative product in the specimens.The addition of APP can reduce the thermogravimetric rate of epoxy silicone resin,and when the addition amount of APP is 15%,the thermogravimetric rate of the composite material is about 32.79%,which is about 43.91%lower than that of epoxy silicone resin.
