摘 要:采集燃煤电厂的运行数据,建立水露点与酸露点的物理模型,并通过实验验证模型的正确性,对锅炉尾部系统中影响露点的因素进行分析,在大数据计算分析的基础上,分析各因素对空预器水露点、酸露点的影响。结果表明:发电机组负荷和燃煤的空干基水分的增大均会使水露点和酸露点温度上升;燃煤的全硫分对水露点无影响,但会提高酸露点温度;环境温度通过改变空预器壁面的温度影响水露点与酸露点温度;脱硝系统和空预器均会使水露点温度稍微降低,但脱硝时酸露点温度稍微升高。In this paper,a physical model of water dew point and acid dew point was established by collecting various data during the operation of coal-fired power plants,and the correctness of the model was verified experimentally.The factors affecting the dew point in the boiler tail system were analyzed,and the influence of each factor on the water dew point and acid dew point of the air preheater was analyzed on the basis of big data calculation and analysis.The results indicate that both the generator load and the empty dry based moisture from coal burning can increase dew point and acid dew point temperatures.The size of the full sulfur fraction from coal burning has no effect on the dew point but raises the dew point temperature.The ambient temperature influences the dew point and the acid dew point temperature through the temperature of the wall surface of the air preheater.The denitrification system and air preheater will make the dew point temperature slightly reduced,but denitration will make the acid dew point temperature slightly increased.
