摘 要:针对当前磁流变延时机构延时性能预测存在实验相对困难、成本高和性能预测精确度不足等问题,将数字孪生技术与磁流变延时机构工作机理相结合,开发了磁流变延时机构数字孪生系统。建立磁流变延时机构数字孪生系统整体架构,规划并设计系统功能模块及运行机制,分析磁流变延时机构数字孪生系统物理空间、孪生空间、孪生数据及可视化服务的实现方法。融合机理仿真与实验数据,采用随机森林算法借助Unity3D可视化平台,实现基于数字孪生技术的磁流变延时机构延时性能高精度快速仿真预测及其虚拟可视化。设计开发磁流变延时机构数字孪生系统,并结合实验数据验证系统功能,为实现引信数字孪生全生命周期的数据交互及其可视化提供服务。Addressing the current challenges in predicting the delay performance of magneto-rheological time-delay mechanisms,including experimental difficulty,high cost,and insufficient prediction accuracy,this study integrates digital twin technology with the working principles of magneto-rheological time-delay mechanisms to develop a digital twin system for magneto-rheological time-delay mechanisms.The overall architecture of the digital twin system of magneto-rheological time-delay mechanism is established,and the system’s functional modules and operational mechanisms are planned and designed.Methods for implementing the physical space,twin space,twin data,and visualization services of the digital twin system for magneto-rheological time-delay mechanisms are analyzed.By integrating the mechanism simulation and experimental data,and adopting the Random Forest algorithm with the help of Unity3D visualization platform,the high-precision and fast simulation prediction of the delay performance of magneto-rheological time-delay mechanism based on the digital twin technology,along with virtual visualization,are achieved.The design and development of the digital twin system for magneto-rheological time-delay mechanism are conducted,and the system’s functionality is validated through experimental data,providing services for the data interaction and visualization of the whole life-cycle of munition digital twin.
