摘  要:为研究不同组合药型罩聚能型鱼雷战斗部对含水复合结构的穿透性能,建立了聚能装药侵彻含水复合结构的数值计算模型,分析了射流成型过程和穿靶过程。结果表明:圆柱-球缺组合罩相比于其他2种组合药型罩对含水复合结构的穿透性能更好,对后效靶造成的穿深最大。圆柱-球缺组合罩形成的射流长度相比于其他2种组合药型罩分别长10.4%和28.9%,头部速度分别高20.6%和54.3%。侵彻含水复合结构时,圆柱-球缺组合罩形成的水下空腔、水介质径向扩展速度均最小,所以在侵彻含水复合结构后得以保留最大的剩余动能,从而对后效靶造成的穿深最大。合理匹配圆柱-球缺药型罩圆柱部直径d和高度h可提升其对含水复合结构的穿透能力,当d=22 mm、h=16 mm时,圆柱-球缺组合罩可对后效靶取得最大穿深411 mm。结论可为聚能型鱼雷战斗部的组合药型罩选择提供参考。In order to study the penetration performance of the water-bearing composite structure of the shaped charge torpedo warhead,the numerical calculation model of the shaped charge penetrating water-bearing composite structure was established,and the process of jet forming and penetrating target was analyzed.The results show that,compared with the other two kinds of composite covers,the cylindrical and spherical composite covers have better penetration performance to the water-containing composite structure,and the penetration depth to the after-effect target is the largest.Compared with the other two types of combination,the length of the jet formed by the cylindrical and spherical hole hoods is 10.4%and 28.9%longer,and the head velocity is 20.6%and 54.3%higher,respectively.When penetrating the water-bearing composite structure,the underwater cavity formed by the cylindric-spherical dome and the radial expansion velocity of the water medium are the smallest,so the residual kinetic energy after penetrating the water-bearing composite structure is the largest,and the penetration of the after-effect target is the largest.Reasonable matching of the diameter d and height h of the cylinder can improve the penetration ability of the cylinder to the water-containing composite structure.When d=22 mm and h=16 mm,the maximum penetration depth of the cylindrical and spherical composite cover can be 411 mm.The conclusion can provide a reference for the selection of composite charge cover for shaped torpedo warhead.
