宫腔镜电切术联合黄体酮胶囊在子宫内膜息肉治疗中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析子宫内膜息肉接受宫腔镜电切术联合黄体酮胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法单纯随机选取漳州市第三医院于2021年1月—2023年12月收治的100例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组应用宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组增加黄体酮胶囊治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组临床总疗效为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,月经量、血管内皮生长因子水平少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在应用宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的同时,配合增加黄体酮胶囊的总体疗效突出,该方法的临床价值显著,对于改善各项临床指标,降低不良事件发生率具有重要作用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection combined with progesterone capsule in treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Zhangzhou Third Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the observation group was treated with progesterone capsule.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the menstrual volume and vascular endothelial growth factor level were lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significance(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps by hysteroscopic electroresection,combined with the addition of progesterone capsules,the overall effect is outstanding.This method has significant clinical value,plays an important role in improving various clinical indicators and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
