丁螺环酮用药对焦虑症患者疗效及睡眠状况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析丁螺环酮用药对焦虑症患者疗效及睡眠状况的影响。方法随机选取2020年8月—2023年8月泉州市第三医院收治的60例焦虑症患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丁螺环酮,比较两组的用药疗效、焦虑症状程度、睡眠状况以及用药安全状况。结果观察组的总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030)。用药4、8周后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。用药后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁螺环酮用于焦虑症患者的治疗效果显著,可有效减轻患者的焦虑症状,改善睡眠状况,并且药物不良反应较少,可保障用药安全。Objective To study the effect of buspirone on anxiety disorder patients and sleep status.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with anxiety disorder in Quanzhou Third Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given paroxetine,and the observation group was given buspirone based on the medication conditions of the control group.The efficacy,anxiety symptoms,sleep status and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030).At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the scores of hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After medication,the scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was similar between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Buspirone is effective in the treatment of anxiety patients,can effectively reduce the anxiety symptoms of patients,improve sleep conditions,and less adverse drug reactions,can ensure the safety of medication.
