摘　　要：目的分析新生儿尿布皮炎进行吹氧联合蒙脱石散治疗对患儿皮炎程度的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年4—10月福建省晋江市医院(上海市第六人民医院福建医院)接受治疗的86例新生儿尿布皮炎患儿的临床资料,以治疗差异分组,每组43例,对照组患儿采用吹氧治疗,观察组则是在对照组基础上配合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组新生儿治疗有效率、皮炎程度与相关临床指标。结果观察组的治疗有效率(97.67%)高于对照组(83.72%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿皮炎程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组皮炎程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红臀、湿疹与肛周皮肤破损等不良症状发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组相关临床指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论吹氧联合蒙脱石散在新生儿尿布皮炎治疗期间可以缩短患儿症状缓解时间,且临床使用安全性高,可以将皮炎程度进一步改善,进而促使新生儿经临床治疗后能够尽快康复。Objective To analyze the effect of oxygen blowing combined with montmorillonite powder on the degree of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of neonates with diaper dermatitis treated in Jinjiang Hospital in Fujian Province(Fujian Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital)from April to October 2023 were retrospectively selected,and were grouped by treatment difference,with 43 cases in each group,and the children in the control group were treated with oxygen blowing,while the observation group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency,degree of dermatitis and related clinical indexes of newborns in the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of 97.67%in the observation group was higher than 83.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of dermatitis between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).The degree of dermatitis in the observation group after the treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of red buttocks,eczema and perianal skin breakage in the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation groups related clinical indicators were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen blowing combined with montmorillonite powder during the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis can shorten the time of symptom relief in children,and has high clinical safety,which can further improve the degree of dermatitis and promote the recovery of newborns after clinical treatment as soon as possible.
